Ciocca Car Wash Express

Kelly and Josh of Ciocca Car Wash Express went the extra mile to clean my Nissan Altima, making it thoroughly clean. They even got some paint off my car that would have cost me hundreds of dollars to fix. I had a USB cable that got damaged in the clean, but Kelly helped me out with a new one. I highly recommend this car wash to all of York, PA.

The car wash service could be a whole lot better. The washing aspect of the service does fine I guess but.... I don't feel like it gets the vehicle fully cleaned & might miss spots. I have an SUV for reference & a 1st time user of the car wash services. The drying aspect leaves something to be desired. Their dryer sucks @ the end of the car wash service & leaves water marks/ some sort of white residue all over your vehicle so it doesn't really look clean once its finished & the sun dries it. So now I have these white splotchy marks all over my brand new SUV & am not happy. I have not paid for services & have a free month of unlimited washes from my purchase of a vehicle with Ciocca. Most people I guess use these services to save time from having to do it themselves & are too busy, its convenient etc. But... you'd still have to spend time properly washing & drying it yourself anyways afterwords to make sure its actually clean. Their services seem like a waste of $ being pissed down the drain if I'm being honest. Your better off hand washing your vehicle yourself & drying it. I don't think the car wash club would be worth it unless your ok with having to dry your vehicle yourself

Kelly is the big reason that I visit Ciocca Car Wash Express. She is very dedicated to her job and very thorough when she handles your car wash. She's very easy to talk to and she's extremely polite. There are other cash wash centers in York PA but non of them is comparable to what Kelly offers you in Ciocca in terms of services and customer care. I am always very content with their services. I have heard a few customers complement her and hip her with praises. Thanks Kelly for what you do and I am very grateful. Your company is very lucky to have.

Kelly + Conrad did my Bf’s car. They were super sweet and did an awesome job on the car! :) we asked them to clean this mark off the back window and really get into the seat covers…. and they did it no questions asked. I’ll def be coming back to get my car done. Thank you! P.S. the mango scent is yummm

I had a great experience at Ciocca Car Wash Express in York, PA thanks to Joshua Green. As I was about to enter the wash bay, I realized my mirrors weren’t folded in—which could have easily caused damage. I had to quickly roll down my window to adjust the driver’s side, and before I could even think about the passenger side, Joshua noticed what was happening. Even with other cars waiting behind me, he stepped out of the bay, walked over, and folded in my passenger-side mirror for me. Then he calmly returned to his position and guided my car through the wash. That level of attentiveness and customer care really stood out. It’s clear that Joshua genuinely looks out for customers. I also want to recognize manager Kelly McCoy for building such a strong team. You can tell there’s a culture of putting the customer first, and it shows in moments like this. With so many car wash options in the area, Ciocca Car Wash Express truly sets itself apart through its people. Joshua Green is a tremendous asset to the Ciocca family—thank you for going above and beyond. Your actions speak louder than words.
